Collecting, processing, and researching the linguistic heritage of the Crimean Tatars to create a resource base to preserve the Crimean Tatar language

Contribution to the popularization of the Crimean Tatar language and the creation of a communication platform for linguists and those who want to learn the language

Ensuring the dynamic development of the Crimean Tatar language and its integration into the cultural space and modern national identity of Ukraine
ONGOING PROJECTS
Creation of an online platform to develop the Crimean Tatar language
Development and launching an online platform to promote the Crimean Tatar language and literature.The platform will perform the following functions:● open library of artistic works, scientific works, historical documents, periodicals, archival materials, etc. in the Crimean Tatar language and their translations;● an educational center for publicly available educational materials for studying the Crimean Tatar language - textbooks, teaching aids, video lessons, dictionaries, etc.;● a communication platform for linguists, writers, teachers and everyone who wants to get acquainted with the Crimean Tatar script and learn the language of the indigenous people of Crimea.The project is implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine as part of the implementation of the Crimean Tatar Language Development Strategy for 2022-2032.
Spelling of the Crimean Tatar language
The "Institute for the Development of the Crimean Tatar Language" is participating in the project developing the spelling of the Crimean Tatar language using the alphabet based on Latin graphics with a finishing date of September 30, 2024. This is a component of the Strategy implementation for the Development of the Crimean Tatar Language until 2032, which was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution and coordinated by the National Commission on the Crimean Tatar Language.
Crimean Tatar - Ukrainian phrasebook
"Institute for the Development of the Crimean Tatar Language" is the initiator of developing and publishing a modern Crimean Tatar-Ukrainian phrasebook - a collection of commonly used phrases in the Crimean Tatar language with translation and phonetic transcription into Ukrainian language.
Integrated course of the Crimean Tatar language
Creation of the Crimean Tatar language video course for students of 5-6 grade, integrated into the "All-Ukrainian Online School" program.The project is implemented in partnership with the NGO "Osvitoria" with the support of UNICEF.
